Strong yet delicate, the Safra dragon ladies are very passionate about rowing as many have been dragon boating since their school days. Today, they fly high in the corporate worl
d with many working in the private and government sector such as Singapore Sports Council, Ministry of Education, National Library Board and Deutsche Bank.
Inspite of their hectic schedules, these empowered women have performed consistently well over the years, and are a team to be reckoned with. Their best result was getting silver
in the 2002 Singapore Dragonboat Festival Women 12-Crew Open category.
Currently, they are building up a core team of ladies for races and hope to recruit more like-minded members who will continue to surge the team to greater heights.
