WEEKDAY LAND TRAINING:
Day: Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 7:00pm to 930pm
Location: Toa Payoh Sports Stadium
WEEKEND WATER TRAINING:
Day: Sunday
Time: 8:30am to 12:00pm
Location: Kallang water centre
